Sudhakar Bonde is an M.Tech Engineer from IIT Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He is the CEO / Director of Subodh Material Technologists.

He is a Life member of several Professional Societies like Institution of Engineers, Indian Institute of Metals, Indian Institute of Welding, Indian Welding Society, ASM International (India) Chapter, ASTM and and Institute of Indian Foundrymen. He has a vast experience in the field of metallurgy which includes production, R&D, Inspection and Quality Surveillance across a diverse group of industries like Foundries, Thermal Plants and National Metallurgical Laboratories. He is also an Empanelled Assessor for Laboratory Accreditation Programme as per ISO 17025 by NABL ( Dept of Science & Technology, Govt of India ) 

Subodh Bonde is a Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA from the prestigious Symbiosis university, Pune. He is the COO at Subodh Material Technologists and is responsible for overall Operations and QMS at the Laboratory. He is responsible for development and improvement of the laboratory by adopting industry best practices and strict compliance to quality systems. Over the past 10 years he has initiated and developed various new tests and added new verticals to the testing scope. He is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Laboratory Operations. He is an active member of organizations like NACE and ASTM.

Anita is a post graduate in Chemistry and has experience of working in commercial laboratories, precious metal plants and calibration laboratories. She is TM (Chemical) and responsible for Chemical Lab operations which include montioring day to day testing, defining and following procedures, test methods and ensuring adherence to ISO 17025:2017 

Shekhar is a post graduate in Chemistry and has a working experience in commercial laboratories. He has expertise in testing metals, petrochemicals, ores and minerals. He is the DY. Technical Manager (Chemical) and is responsible for day to day testing and compliance of chemical department activities to ISO 17025: 2017

Ketan is a Commerce graduate and is in  charge of the Sales & Marketing activities at Subodh. He has an extensive experience in metal testing field and is responsible for developing new clients and account servicing.

RajendraKumar is in charge of Business Development activities PAN India. He brings with him an extensive experience in the field of Chemical Testing including Spectro, ICP & LECO machine operations.

He is an expert in wet chemistry and primarily focusses on driving new business.
