Elevated Temperature Tensile Testing with High Temperature Specialized Extensometers from EPSILON USA is one of the unique tests carried out at our testing facility in Rabale, Navi Mumbai-India. This Model is a major advancement in the design of externally mounted, furnace extensometers. This new extensometer is designed to meet the stringent requirements of strain controlled testing as prescribed in ISO 6892, while introducing many new innovative features that help improve productivity with static testing applications (tension and compression testing) and long term testing such as low cycle fatigue and creep. 

Elevated Tension Tests with 0.2 % proof Stress can be performed precisely using this equipment.

Elevated Temperature Tension Test using Epsilon:

The elevated-temperature tension test gives a useful estimate of the ability of metals to withstand the application of applied tensile forces. Using established and conventional relationships it can be used to give some indication of probable behavior under other simple states of stress, such as compression, shear, etc
